WINONA, Minn. – The Bud King Ice Arena on the East End closed for four weeks in compliance with Governor Tim Walz’ recent executive order dealing with youth sports and the pandemic. In hope that the coronavirus situation improves, the city Parks Department said the ice will remain in. In the meantime, if weather cooperates, the city plans to open the outdoor rink at the arena.
