Gym tries logic in defying shutdownWABASHA, Minn. – The state’s attorney general, Keith Ellison, has lost no time hauling a Plainview gym owner into court for noncompliance with COVID rules. A hearing will be Tuesday in Wabasha County District Court. The state will be seeking an injunction against Brandon Reiter, who has stayed open despite a partial lockdown that includes gyms statewide.
