ATLANTA, Ga. — Delta Air Lines has offered $30,000 to each of 76 passengers on a flight out of Minneapolis that crashed while landing at Toronto. Delta subsidiary Endeavor Air of Minneapolis operated the plane. Delta said the $30,000 checks have “no strings attached.” Passengers could still sue. No one died in the crash, but one victim remaieds hospitalized. One-way fares on the 590-mile flight ranged from $311 to $412.
