WINONA, Minn. – The Waterfront dental practice will move into the vacated former Gundersen eye clinic downtown at 106 East Second Street. The Waterfront dentists, David Gilmer and Alexander Tipton, will leave their place just up the street at the River Plaza mini-mall, 50 West Second. They are seeking a third dentist for the much larger former Gundersen stand-alone building. Gundersen, meanwhile, has relocated its eye clinic to its remodeled Kmart building across Vila Street from Winona Mall.
