LAMOILLE, Minn. – Armed with a warrant at the Green Terrace trailer court just off Highway 61, deputies found meth and drug paraphernalia and arrested Chad William Stutzka, 48, of Winona, and Cassandra Camling, 49, of Trempealeau. The charges: Fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. Stutzka and Camling lived at the trailer, Deputies said the paraphernalia included meth pipes and bags believed to hold meth. The raid was abut 11 a.m.
