ST. PAUL, Minn. – The state’s pilot Phase 2 CoVid vaccination program was overwhelmed with more than 10,000 hits per second and crashed about noon. The pilot, for seniors 65 and older, is being set up at nine sites as a prototype for statewide inoculations when more vaccine becomes becomes svailable, The pilot program is also for educators and child-care workers.
