WINONA, Minn. – If you’re pulled over for a burned-out headlight, you might not get a ticket. Sheriff Ron Ganrude announced that deputies have $250 vouchers for fixes good at Whitewater Chrysler in St. Charles and at Lewiston Auto. The vouchers are funded by the nonprofit organization Light’s On. Bad taillights are covered too.
