WINONA, Minn. – A South Dakota physician assistant, Shelby Rockafellow, has joined Winona Health for general surgery. She holds an advanced physician assistant studies degree from University of South Dakota. Earlier she graduated with honors from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, in biochemistry, immunology and chemistry.
