WINONA, Minn. – A Winona woman, Jennifer Nicole Baechle, 39, of was arrested and referred for drunken-driving on the West Side near Fifth and McBride streets. Baechle had a breath-alcohol content of .13%, police said. Officers said that she was pulled over for driving without headlights.
