WINONA, Minn. — Police took several calls about a naked man near the Canadian Pacific tracks at Mark and Carimona streets on the East End. By the time police arrived, the man was gone. Or perhaps he had found his clothes and wandered on. This was about 2:30 a.m., after the bars had closed.
