BARRON, Wis. –A Rice Lake man, Anthony Anderson, 40, was charged with homicide in the crash of his pickup truck into a horse-drawn buggy in rural Barron County four weeks ago. The criminal complaint alleged that Anderson was drunk. A second youth in the buggy was injured too but less seriously. The judge set bond at $10,000. The criminal complaint said that Anderson’s blood tested at .85% alcohol.
