ST. CHARLES, Minn. — Deputies arrested a Mabel man, Dylan Roy Yocum, 22, on Interstate 90 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He had been speeding, they said. Then, figuring he might be drunk, deputies asked his consent for a blood-alcohol field test. He said no. This was about 6:50 p.m. At the county jail, where permission is not required, his blood was drawn. Lab results were pending.
