ST. PAUL, Minn. — A man died after calling 911 that he had been shot while driving down a major city street. The man said he had been struck in the chest. He died overnight in a St. Paul hospital. He had been shot on University Avenue about 10 p.m. The man’s identity was not determined immediately. Police said he may have been shot from another vehicle. Police fanned out for evidence on video surveillance cameras.
