WINONA. Minn. – Police will document complaints about shopkeepers and other who defy state ant-COVID restrictions. Deputy Police Chief Jay Rassmussen told radio station KWNO that the documentation would be provided to the state attorney general to decide what to do. Attorney General Keith Ellison has filed civil lawsuits against against defiant cafes, bars and gyms elsewhere in the state. Most recent was a successful suit in Wabasha County against a Plainview gym.
