KELLOGG, Minn. – A Wisconsin driver was killed in a collision at the troubled Highway 61 intersection at the Kellogg Kwik Trip. The driver, Sheila Marie Harel, 53, Chippewa Falls, was eastbound, either heading across Highway 61 into Kellogg or turning onto 61. The accident was about 11:50 p.m. A Lake City woman, Liv Kristina Kozlowski, 21, was driving north on Highway 61. She was treated at the Wabasha hospital, her medical situation non-life threatening. Police described road surfaces as dry. Harel was in a 2003 Subaru Legacy, Kozlowski a 2010 Toyota Prius.
