DAKOTA, Minn. – Fire seriously damaged a two-story house up Dakota Creek on County Road 101. Crews from the Dakota, Nodine and Pickwick fire departments fought the fire five hours. There were no injuries, but two cats were lost. The fire was at 44678 block on County Road 101. The cause was not determined immediately, but firefighters suspected it stated near an electrical junction box.
