CANNON FALLS, Minn. – The State Patrol updated its report on a U.S. 52 accident April 4 to identify the driver as Daniel Desmond Young, 22 of Rochester. He was critically injured. The other person in the car was Haya Ambreen Mahmood, 16, of Rochester. She was killed.
