NODINE, Minn. –A LaCrosse man was injured in a four-wheeler accident on the bluff overlooking Interstate 90’s Four-Mile Grade. Ricky Pao Moua, 31, was taken 20 miles to a LaCrosse hospital. The injuries appeared non-life threatening, deputies said.The accident was about 3:20 a.m. An arrest-hold was placed on Moua at the hospital on an Oklahoma warrant. Also: His blood-alcohol at the four-wheeler accident, on the 28000 block of Summit Road, was tested at the 0.08% impairment level, deputies said.
