WINONA, Minn. — Employees at the Kwik Trip on Cottonwood Drive on the Far West End reported the drive-away theft of $68 worth of gasoline. They told police that the thief was driving a white pickup truck, believed to belong to U-Haul. The theft was reported about 4 p.m.
