WINONA, Minn. — A “hot electrical smell” was reported at a home in the 100 block of Bluffview Drive, in the Winona Radio neighborhood. According to firefighters, a light fixture overheated and broke a lightbulb. They shut off the breaker for the light fixture and took it down for the homeowner.
