DONNEHOWER, Minn.— A deputy spotted a driver headed the wrong side of a divided section of Highway 61and turned around. By the time deputy made contact with driver he was on right side of the road. The driver, Barlow Luther Wooten, 54, of Glasgow, Kentucky, refused s breath-alcohol test, the deputy said. He was arrested and referred for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and gross misdemeanor test refusal. The arrest was about 2:30 a.m.
