WINONA, Minn. – After seeing her speeding and crossing the center line, police said they stopped Munira Hassan, 24, of Winona. She admitted drinking, police said. Her blood-alcohol level was running at 0.25 parts per hundred – far more than the legal definition of impairment. She was taken to jail. No, the cops didn’t let her drive. The stop was about 1:25 a.m. in the 450 block of Sioux Street.
