MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – Deputies called to a domestic disturbance at the Hidden Valley trailer court made a drug arrest. Kyle Lee Brown, 31, of Minnesota City, was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. The arrest was about 3 p.m.
