NODINE, Minn. — Crews opened the new $8.9 million Interstate 90 bridge over Dakota Valley Drive, near Nodine. The project extended the westbound I-90 ramp entrance and installed a right turn lane to the eastbound I-90 entrance. Although traffic was back to normal, the state Transportation Department cautioned that cleanup crews remained at work.
