STOCKTON, Minn. — Officers saw a driver run a stop sign on Betty Jane Road near Stockton, so they pulled the car over. They found Dustin Lee Zenk, 30, of Winona, jittery and sweaty – and also drunk, according to a blood-alcohol test. The stop was about 10 p.m. When a relative showed up at the county jail in Winona two hours later to retrieve Zenk, the guy walked in off-balance and with bloodshot eyes. Hunter Charles Zenk, 23, of Winona, was then charged too with drunken-driving. A breath test measured his blood alcohol content at .15%, police said. The sober-drunk threshold is 0.08%.
