ROCHESTER, Minn. – An Elgin trucker was injured when his Peterbilt truck and trailer tipped over on its side in a ditch. Adam Mark Schroeder, 42, was taken to a Rochester hospital with sustainable injuries. The accident was about 7:10 a.m. at the Highway U.S. 63 ramp onto U.S. Highway 52 north of Rochester.
