MADISON, Wis. – Former Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Brett Blomme declined to speak during a court appearance on felony charges of uploading graphic images and videos of boys as young as toddlers to an online messaging site. The judge, Valerie Bailey-Rihn, entered a not guilty plea on Blomme’s behalf. Blomme was arrested in March. The new hearing was to bind Blomme over for trial. He has 20 days to file motions. Blomme was elected to the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in April 2020. After the arrest the Wisconsin Supreme Court barred Court barred Blomme from the bench until issues were resolved.
