EYOTA, Minn. – An Eyota woman has the dubious distinction of membership in the 100 Club. Mischea Smith, 37, was clocked April 21 at 104 mph in a 70 zone on Interstate 90 around 8:30 p.m., court records show. Disturbing too, said the arresting state trooper, Smith had children in the minvan. The trooper’s report noted Smith claimed she was “going 65.”
