ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Prosecutors charged a Chicago man in the death of a 5-year-old child. The charges against Roberto Williams, 35: Being a felon in possession of a firearm and negligently storing a firearm. The child was found dead and alone in a bedroom with the 9mm handgun. After Williams and the child’s mother returned home and took the child to a hospital, Williams took the gun and put it in a trash can outside, police said.
