WINONA. Minn. – A convicted online sex offender, Nathan Miller Dobbelmann, was released without bail on a probation violation charge. Dobbelmann, once a deputy Winona County jailer, told Judge Mary Leahy: “I didn’t do anything wrong, so I don’t think I should be held.” Dobbelmann said. In releasing Dobbelmann, the judge reminded him of a court hearing on January. 13. In the meantime Judge Leahy ordered that he not have a cell phone with internet access.
