OAK RIDGE, Minn. – An Altura man whose pickup truck was found stuck in a cornfield after leaving a county road and striking a tree has agreed to pay restitution to the farmer. The farmer said he wouldn’t press charges against Vanilo Zacarias Aguilar, 23. The deal: Agular will pay for crop damage and plant a new tree. The incident was two nights earlier.
