WINONA, Minn. – The City Council approved a permit for the Winona Farmers Market to use Main Street, north of Second Street, and a portion of Levee Park through October. Exceptions will be Steamboat Days on June 19 and Big Muddy on September 4. The market had been in hiatus because of the pandemic except for occasional Saturdays indoors at the East Rec Center.
