ST.CHARLES, Minn. – An appointments-only Co-Vid vaccination clinic will be conducted Wednesday at the St. Charles Community Center, 830 Whitewater Avenue. The county Health and Human Services said appointments can be made at 507-457-6375. Eligible are Winona County residents who meet priority requirements, which are the same as at Winona Health. Hours: 12 to 8 p.m.
