OSTRANDER, Minn. — A Fillmore County man was arrested fleeing on foot near the Ostrander nursing home after a stabbing. A 911 caller reported the incident about 8:20 a.m. Sheriff John DeGeorge said there would be a news release Monday morning. Meanwhile, no details about the stabbing were released. Arrested was Noah Foster, 23. He was caught running in Ostrander later in the morning and booked for second-degree attempted murder at the county jail 20 miles away in Preston.
