WINONA, Minn. – Gasoline is averaging $3.16 a gallon in Winona County, as well as Minnesota overall, ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. This is about 20 cents more than a year ago. The American Automobile Association which tracks fuel costs, said the Wisconsin average is $3.11 – in Buffalo County $3.13 and in Trempealeau County $3.17. The national average, AAA reported, is $3.40.
