WINONA, Minn. — A 40-foot aluminum semi-trailer loaded with trash caught fire at Miller Scrap and Iron beyond Louisa Street on the Far East End. The fire was in the trailer’s rear quarter. Firefighters towed the trailer into the Miller yard and put out the flames. This was about 2 a.m.
