AUGUSTA Wis. – Fire and smoke destroyed Tugger’s Cafe & Catering, a downtown Augusta coffee klatsch and social gathering spot for 32 years. The cafe was closed for Sunday. Owner Tugger Francel said she didn’t believe anyone was inside. Tugger’s was a no-credit card, $1 cup of coffee kind of place. Francel said she was unsure about rebuilding.
