MINNESOTA CITY, Minn. – A Winona man was arrested after steering a golf cart wildly around Bass Camp resort. This was after a late-night fight over firewood. Deputies stopped Daniel Ray Ties, 67, on the cart after, they said, he took a run at them. They called him belligerent. Ties’ blood-alcohol level tested at 0.15% — roughly double the legally defined impairment threshold. This was about 11:30 p.m.
