WINONA, Minn. – The city’s first newborn of the new year, Rowyn Grace Puterbaugh, arrived at 6:28 a.m. She was born to Daisy Moe and Hunter Puterbaugh. She was 7 pounds and 5 ounces and all of 19.75 inches tall. Rowyn beat last year’s first arrival at the Winona hospital, who was also born on January 3 but not until 9:06 p.m.
