WINONA, Minn. – An overnight storm left six to nine inches of snow before continuing its chilly, moisture-laden journey northwest into Wisconsin. The accumulation was less than expected. In crossing Minnesota the storm steered itself north, dropping 15 to 20 inches on south and east Minneapolis suburbs.
