MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers has ordered flags at half-staff Saturday to honor Army Cpl. Francis J. Rochon who died in the Korean war and whose remains have been returned to Wisconsin for burial. Rochon, 21, was reported missing in action 1950 after fierce fighting near Changnyeong. The Army had declared his remains non-recoverable in 1956. But after 70 years the Army positively identified the remains. Rochon will be buried at his native Foxboro in Douglas County.
