UNION CENTER, Wis. — Someone may have messed with the town water supply and nobody should drink it – or even cook. Alan Scott, village president, said tests will show next week whether the water is safe again. In the meantime, he said, use bottled water. Union Center, population 200, is on the Baraboo River downstream from Hillsboro.
