LACROSSE, Wis— A woman reported being gang-raped by five men, none of whom she knew, in a stairwell at the Farwell Street parking ramp at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. This was about 2 a.m. on Friday, she said. The woman told police that she had been pulled into a parked car at the Library bar downtown on Third Street. She was driven 12 blocks to campus and raped by the men in the car, she said. The woman, according to police, didn’t report the assault until 10:24 p.m. Saturday — 32 hours later. She described the man who grabbed her at the Library bar as white with brown hair, approximately 5-foot-11, in dark jeans, a black t-shirt, and a red or white hoodie. Another man, he said, had dark hair and a dark beard with a tan complexion.
