ROCHESTER, Minn. — Police pulled a man the Zumbro River after he jumped in while fleeing a traffic stop. Aries Candler, 28, was physically OK although wet. This was about 4 p.m. near Country Club Road and 45th Avenue Southwest. Police said Candler had fled on foot after a stop for reckless driving.
