GOODVIEW, Minn. – A Goodview man, Jesse Allen Jonsgaard, 40, was arrested in a traffic stop for speeding. He then blew .12% on a breath test for blood-alcohol content – 1-1/2 times the legal max. The stop, by a deputy sheriff, was about 1:40 a.m. on Highway 61 at 44th Avenue.
