MADISON,  Wis. – A Minnesota man, Zakaree Stelzer, 25, of Lakeville, was sentenced to five years in prison for meth trafficking. His buddy, Doua Moa. was sentenced earlier to six years. They were stopped in Buffalo County in December for a cracked windshield and reckless driving. In a toolbox in the trunk, police found more than a pound of meth — 465 grams.  Federal Judge William Conley told Stelzer at sentencing hearing that he wasn’t inclined to leniency. The judge called the meth a “staggering amount.” He noted too that Stelzer had a history of drugs around Wisconsin Rapids.
