ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Republican National Committee has agreed to file a plan on how to meet state COVID requirements for a Friday rally at the Rochester airport, according to John Stiles of the state attorney general’s office. Stiles said there had been discussions involving the Republican National Committee and the state departments of Health and of labor and industry. GOP officials agreed to provide a COVID-19 preparedness plan Thursday morning, Stiles said.
