ROCHESTER, Minn. — A Rochester man was arrested on a report that he had been walking around a North Side bar with a gun and threatening people. Police arrested Johnathan Terrell, 32, apparently intoxicated and passed out in his car. They reported findinga .38-calibre handgun in the car and a small amount of cocaine. Pending charges: Felony drug possession and carrying a firearm without a permit.
