PLYMOUTH, Minn. – Crews from 14 Minnesota municipal utilities left in a caravan for Florida to help restore power in the wake of Hurricane Ian. The crews included 32 line workers. The Minnesota hurricane response is part of a mutual aid pact for disaster relief.  Among participants this time were Austin, Owatonna and Rochester utilities. They were due to arrive in Florida Friday after a 1,500-mile trip.
