ST. CHARLES, Minn. – A woman took a bullet in her upper right hamstring when a handgun fell out of its holster and discharged. The woman, age 52, was taken to a hospital and reported in stable condition. The accident about 10 p.m. was on County Road 39 four miles northeast of St. Charles.
